We regularly organise workshops to introduce you to sophrology.
These workshops include a presentation of sophrology and its main applications (stress and anxiety management, mental preparation for an event, support for children and teenagers, pregnancy support, etc.), and then offer you the opportunity to practice some gentle relaxation and positive visualisation exercises.
These sessions are collective (6 people maximum) and free, they last about 45 min, and take place in the wellness area of the Arbre d’Alice.
