FIRST NATUROPATHY SESSION
The first naturopathy session lasts 1.5 hours and is conducted in the form of an interview.
It allows us to understand possible dietary, physiological or emotional imbalances. This global assessment allows the development of a tailor-made vital hygiene program in order to restore balance and good health.
The sophrology session is generally part of a 2 to 3 month program, at the frequency of one session per week, but it can also be practiced outside of a program for the simple purpose of relaxation.
Each session consists of three parts: a time of discussion, a time of exercises involving gentle relaxation movements and positive visualisation, and then a time of discussion to define the personal training to be carried out before the next session..
BREATH & VITALITY
The aim of this session is to become aware of your breathing and to maximize it. The objective is to use one’s lung capacity to the fullest in order to develop a wide and fluid breathing.
To achieve this, the session combines different exercises to discover and stimulate the three “stages of breathing”: subclavicular, thoracic and ventral.
This session gives you the keys to practice these exercises yourself and progress independently.
As soon as the weather allows it, the session takes place outside (garden or terrace).
THE BACH FLOWERS
Bach Flowers (flower essences developed by Dr Bach) have a subtle effect on the emotions.
The session takes place through an interview, aiming to identify the emotional difficulties of the person, and to compose a synergy of flowers (among the 38 Bach flowers) in order to help him or her find peace and balance.
With the Bach flowers, it is not a question of working on the past, but simply of listening to the present and moving forward.
The foot reflexology session aims at restoring the balance of the different physiological systems, thanks to manual pressure on the reflex zones of the sole of the foot.
It can be used as part of a naturopathic program when imbalances have been identified, possibly in synergy with other natural techniques, or simply to relax and unwind.
The Well-being Massage aims to re-harmonise body and mind, allowing a deep reconnection to the body. The session includes a combination of stimulating and relaxing movements, allowing you to relax.
This massage helps to gently release tension and to regain lightness, both physical and mental.
The Wellness offer gives you access to 5 one-hour cares to be chosen among the above sessions. You can schedule them as you wish, when you wish.
